Responsibilities & Background

• 3+ years of experience as a Analytics or Data Engineer in a start-up / high-growth environment

• Tooling: most of the data work is in SQL and DBT which is required. 

• Github proficiency required

• BA in Computer Science, quantitative field, mathematics, statistics

• Experience with analytical model development is required

• Candidate must have product acumen, think independently, and bring ideas to the table

• Experience with data modeling, orchestrating pipelines, churn prediction systems, data driven analysis, customer analytics, and/or building datasets from various sources 

• Python, R, Airflow, Tableau, matplotlib, ggplot are nice to haves

• Cloud experience nice to have (AWS, Spark)

Location: Hawaiian Islands

Pay: 120-150K + equity
