Zack is a Hawaii native and former D1 College Wrestler. He founded Ancient Elite Performance (AEP) at Columbia University in 2016. With a background in IT and finance recruiting on Wall Street, as well as extensive experience in leadership positions at firms like Addison Group and Yoh, Zack is uniquely positioned to help Hawaii's tech and finance communities thrive.

Gigi is a business development professional and University of Washington graduate with a passion for talent and consulting services. She played a key role in launching the Seattle Kraken NHL franchise, working across sales, operations, marketing, and hospitality. Now at AEP, Gigi is focused on helping grow Hawaii's economy through talent. 

Angela attended University of Hawaii and is honored to help connect Hawaii's talent with top organizations. She builds strong, mutually beneficial relationships with candidates and clients through a human touch. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family, hiking, trying new restaurants, and listening to reggae music. She is also a proud mother of two beautiful daughters (Isla "I-La" and Valentina).

Ben Yuan, a management consultant at AEP since 2020, has over 15 years of experience in IT consulting, project/program management, and operations management across diverse industries. He provides expert problem-solving skills and is also an adjunct professor at the University of Hawaii teaching courses in management information systems and business administration.

Justin joined AEP in 2021 as a Technical Sourcing Recruiter for Hawaii's technology and R4R verticals. He previously served as a Senior Peer and Academic Coach at the University of Washington Bothell, where he helped students develop skills, goals, and careers.

Todd was born & raised in Hawaii and is a Punahou School alumni. He brings with him a proven background in tech recruiting, consulting, and SaaS sales/account management.

Bear is the beloved office Chief Barking Officer who keeps everyone in check.
